Sherforce
Plus has been designed to fill in the gaps in our
client's recovery process. As a service it can be
used before a claim is issued to assess a debtor's
assets and financial position, or after judgment it
can be used enforce a judgment debt of under £600
or a judgment debt which is regulated under the Consumer
Credit Act 1974.
As leading specialists in enforcement we recognise
that our clients often need to know before they start
legal proceedings whether or not a debtor has assets.
A Sherforce Plus visit report helps a claimant to
understand whether the debtor has assets which can
be subject to enforcement action if the debt is not
paid as a result of the claim being issued. This can
save a claimant time and money if the report confirms
that the debtor has very little in the way of assets.
It can also help identify the best method for enforcement
action should this become necessary.
After judgment, we appreciate that our clients cannot
use Sherforce for judgment debts under £600
or those regulated by the Consumer Credit Act and
want an alternative to the Warrant of Execution. So
we have built the Sherforce Plus service to offer
a parallel service to the county court bailiff system
with users having the benefit of desktop online reporting
in the same style as Sherforce.
Through a transparent process, Sherforce Plus offers
our clients a simple and effective information and
cash collection system to the standards you would
expect from Shergroup.
