We don't encourage the use of Orders To Obtain Information as we actually think Sherforce Plus is a more cost effective and pro-active way to find out information. However this approach can be useful if a debtor is refusing to co-operate and divulge information as ultimately the debtor can be found in contempt of court for failing to comply with the court's order.
